- How can food choices are limited?
- Who sets your weight loss goal: you, or someone else?
- What percentage of people who complete the program?
- What is the average weight among those who completed the program and one year loss?
- What percentage of people who have problems or side effects? What are the problems?
- Is there a maintenance program to help maintain your weight once you lose it? Maintaining weight loss is important, so it should be a plan to do so.
- What is the total cost, including some foods or supplements that are required?
If you are losing more than 15 to 20 pounds, have health problems, or take medication on a regular basis, talk to your doctor before starting any weight loss program
